Chaplain (Colonel) Suk Kim honorably retired from the United States Army following a distinguished three-decade career marked by progressive leadership roles at every level—from junior officer to senior executive. Throughout his service, he provided trusted spiritual leadership and made significant contributions to the development of soldiers and leaders across the force.
In leadership development, Chaplain Kim has conducted over 85 training sessions for senior noncommissioned officers and commissioned officers, led 90 team-building workshops, and facilitated more than 2,000 one-on-one coaching and development sessions. He has also delivered 100 relationship enrichment seminars, equipping more than 1,000 couples and 3,000 individuals with tools to strengthen their personal and relational lives.
A certified MBTI® Master Practitioner and EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360® practitioner, Chaplain Kim is deeply committed to helping individuals and teams realize their full potential through self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven leadership.
He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership at Regent University (dissertation phase). He holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University and a Master of Divinity in Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Darrell Williams is a distinguished member of the White House Communications Agency Hall of Fame and the CEO of Alliance Seminars Coaching, a veteran-owned, faith-based organization offering motivational speaking, certified workshops, and leadership coaching. A Master Certified Life Coach and member of the Federal Coaching Network, Darrell specializes in helping individuals and organizations strengthen leadership, relationships, and purpose.
With over 30 years of federal service, Darrell’s leadership credentials include recognition as a White House Communications Agency All-Star, Senior Manager of the Year, Outstanding Mentor, and Human Resources Team Lead of the Year. He completed a 20-year military career marked by over 500 White House missions as an Operations and Vice Presidential Communications Officer. Following 9/11, he was selected as one of five senior leaders to direct emergency communications for the Vice President of the United States, including serving as an Air Force Two Command Representative.
As a certified facilitator, Darrell trained senior White House Communications Agency staff to lead Vice Presidential and Presidential communication missions. His community and national service have earned him the Presidential Service Badge, Roy Wilkins Renown Service Award, Lacey B. Ivory Service Award, and multiple university honors.
Darrell holds a B.S. in Management from National Louis University and an MBA from Strayer University.
Veronica Williams is the Co-Owner of Alliance Seminars Coaching, a veteran-owned, faith-based organization providing motivational speaking, certified workshops, and coaching services. A Master Certified Life Coach, keynote speaker, and certified facilitator, Veronica empowers individuals and couples to strengthen relationships, embrace purpose, and grow through life’s transitions.
With years of coaching experience, Veronica has impacted women, couples, and military families throughout the Washington, DC Metro Area. As a licensed minister and veteran spouse, she brings deep insight into navigating life’s challenges—especially those unique to military life—while inspiring others with her compassion and authenticity.
Veronica is certified to lead seminars such as The Art of Marriage, The Art of Parenting, and The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace. She facilitated a weekly couples life study for seven years and now leads relationship coaching and Train-the-Trainer workshops, using materials licensed from national marriage experts.
She serves as Chief Community Officer and Board Member for Wilcome Human Services, Inc., and formerly as Communications Director for the ICF Maryland Charter Chapter. Veronica also sits on the Board for the Admin Awards – Washington, DC & Mid-Atlantic Region, which recognizes excellence in the administrative profession.
Her community service has earned her honors including Fort Meade Volunteer of the Year and African American Love Feast Community Service Member of the Year. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Philip Gale is the founder and principal of Gale Force Training, a leadership and personal development company committed to equipping individuals and organizations with the mindset, strategies, and skills to thrive. Philip holds a Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University and completed postgraduate study at Harvard University. He is a certified instructor with both the U.S. Army Intelligence School and the U.S. Intelligence Community. His credentials extend beyond government, including certifications as a Ziglar Legacy Trainer, a graduate of the Ziglar Speakers Institute, a Master Life Coach, and a Certified Workshop Facilitator with the Transformation Academy. He is also a member of the AARP Speakers Bureau and a certified instructor with the Professional Ski Instructors of America.
