Chaplain (Colonel) Suk Kim retired from the U.S. Army after an illustrious 31-year career, during which he held numerous leadership positions from junior to executive levels. He trained and mentored 120 young chaplains and 200 Religious Affairs NCOs/Specialists throughout his service. As a senior pastor, he managed and led over 4,000 congregants, 500 volunteers, 75 chaplains, and 110 Religious Affairs NCOs/Specialists.

Chaplain Kim has a distinguished record of providing leadership development, delivering 85 training sessions for senior-level NCOs and officers, 110 team-building training sessions, and over 3,000 individual development sessions. Additionally, he conducted 120 relationship training for 1,400 couples and 4,000 individuals. A certified MBTI Master Practitioner and EQ2.0 user, he is a passionate leader dedicated to helping teams and individuals achieve their full potential.
